In partnership with Seguin ISD, the City of Seguin offers an after-school program for students in kindergarten through fifth grades. The JAAM (Jammin After-School Adventures for Me) program is based upon the school year calendar and is offered immediately after school until 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays at each K-5 elementary school. There is a 10 student minimum requirement for the program to be offered at each elementary school campus and there could be wait-lists at some school campus's based on staffing availability. Parents may register their children for JAAM when they register for school at each campus in August. During and following school registration, students may be registered at the Parks and Recreation Office located in Max Starcke Park West near the golf course at 600 River Dr. West. JAAM activities include a daily snack, homework time, group activities, arts and crafts, movies, parties and fun for only $30 per week with a one-time $25 registration fee.
